Welcome to Chicago Pet Direct (formerly Backyard Chicken Run), greater Chicago’s home delivery service for the pet owner and urban organic farmer. It is our goal to make sustainable living affordable to everyone in and around the City with Big Shoulders. We help you produce as much of your own food as possible, and keep you out of your car and off the road by delivering your backyard garden supplies, chicken supplies and other pet food right to your door. Lastly, we carry only the highest quality dog food, cat food, litter and organic chicken feed. Shopping with Chicago Pet Direct is the best thing you can do for your health, your pets' health, and the environment in which you live. We are NOT a mail order company. We deliver ourselves to most homes in greater Chicago, for free with a $45 minimum. (The website cannot reject orders under $45, but will assign a delivery fee instead. We reserve the right to decline any order and refund your money). South Side and far North Side addresses may rquired a delivery fee. Receive a 1% volume discount for orders over $130, another 1% (total of 2%) for orders over $230, and another 1% (total of 3%) of total orders greater than $330.
